TIL Limited has announced three new indigenous material handling products at EXCON 2025, held at the Bangalore International Exhibition Centre. The Kolkata-based company introduced a new pick-and-carry crane, a truck-mounted crane, and a rough terrain container handler, marking a major expansion in its construction and infrastructure equipment portfolio.
TIL’s highlight at the event was the CarryKing 515, a 15-tonne pick-and-carry-on-deck crane. It offers a 15-tonne lifting capacity at a 2.5-metre radius and is powered by a 130 HP Ashok Leyland engine. The machine comes with a 4-section boom (6.5–17 metres), 4x4 drive, 4-wheel steering, a microprocessor-based safety system, and can also carry up to 6 tonnes on deck.
The company also introduced the TMS-885, an 85-tonne truck-mounted crane. This model features a 5-section boom (12.1–43.8 metres) and is powered by a 260 HP Cummins engine. TIL expects it to re-establish its presence in the truck crane segment.
The third launch, the RT RST-8, is a rough terrain empty container reachstacker. With 4x4 drive, 8-tonne lifting capacity, 12.6-metre lifting height, and a 173 HP Cummins engine, the company claims it to be the world’s first machine of its kind capable of handling up to 4 containers in the first row.
TIL CMD Sunil Kumar Chaturvedi said the new products are designed to improve both safety and efficiency for customers. The company recorded a strong performance with an order book of over ₹200 crore and 12% YoY revenue growth, reaching ₹81.45 crore in Q2 FY2026.
Company President Alok Tripathi highlighted the focus on safety, while CTO & COO Pinaki Niyogi emphasized the innovative design of the RT RST-8, calling it a global first.
Founded in 1944, TIL operates manufacturing units in Kamarhati and Kharagpur and has long-term partnerships with Manitowoc Company and Hyster-Yale Group. EXCON 2025, a five-day event, features over 1,200 exhibitors from the global construction equipment industry.
