The charging infrastructure of Tata Power Renewable includes high-capacity fast chargers with a 180–240 KW range

Key Highlights:
Tata Power's subsidiary, Tata Power Renewable Energy, has installed over 850 charging points in more than 30 bus depots across major Indian cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Jammu, Srinagar, Dharwad, Lucknow, and Goa.
These charging points support more than 2300 public electric buses nationwide. According to the press release, Tata Power has made more than 2300 public e-buses available countrywide.
It further stated that the charging network has saved more than 1 lakh tonnes of CO2 emissions from tailpipes. The charging infrastructure of Tata Power Renewable includes high-capacity fast chargers with a 180–240 KW range and an average charging duration of one to one and a half hours.
Fast charging capabilities help public transportation buses meet their rigorous operational requirements. Delhi currently leads in the use of Tata Power's EV charging points for electric buses, followed by Mumbai, Bengaluru, Ahmedabad, Jammu, and Srinagar.
