Sheerdrive has acquired OTOBids, an online platform for used commercial vehicles. Sheerdrive is a Mumbai-based digital AI/ML pre-owned vehicle platform with a SaaS-based software for evaluating multi-brand used automobiles.

With this acquisition, OTOBids' founder, Vishwanathan Raju, will join the Sheerdrive team as Director. His guidance will play an important role in smoothly integrating the OTOBids application with the Sheerdrive program, assuring flawless collaboration and improving the overall functionality of the Sheerdrive platform.

The inclusion of OTOBids broadens its scope to include Commercial Vehicles and Tractors. As a result it will transforming Sheerdrive's platform into a comprehensive solution for used vehicles across major categories.
