Schaeffler Launches Mobile Training Van to Elevate Technical Expertise in CV Industry

The Repxpert-branded training van will visit key markets in Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, Delhi, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat, and Maharashtra. This van will empower mechanics and technicians with the skills they need to maintain and repair commercial vehicles efficiently.

Schaeffler India, a leading industrial and automotive supplier, has launched the Repxpert Technical Training Van for the Commercial Vehicle segment. It claims that this will build on the legacy of its predecessor 'Repxpert mobile training centre', which debuted in October 2019.

The project will concentrate on the CV segment, providing advanced technical training on transmission and chassis systems, as well as quickly growing automotive applications. The Repxpert-branded training van will visit key markets in Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, Delhi, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat, and Maharashtra. This van will empower mechanics and technicians with the skills they need to maintain and repair commercial vehicles efficiently.

The van is designed to offer training and support on a wide range of topics, from automotive technologies to maintenance procedures, enabling professionals in the industry to stay updated with the ever-evolving world of commercial vehicles.

The curriculum for this training van will address important subjects, such as:

• Handling mechanism for the flywheel and clutch during clutch installation.
• To inspect the clutch release in its installed state.
• The use of a customized hydraulic press.
• Using specialized equipment to inspect the scientific clutch bleeding process.
• Differences between Diaphragm and Coil assemblies.
• The Fitment of Universal Joint Cross with special tools.
• Insight on Lubricants of Commercial Vehicles.
