myTVS has launched its pan-India 'Mobility-as-a-Service' (MaaS) platform, aimed at last-mile electric vehicle (EV) fleet operators. myTVS, part of the $3 billion TVS Mobility Group, intends to provide full vehicle management services, positioning itself as a vital contender for fleet operators aiming to improve their EV operations.
Partnership with MoEVing
myTVS has partnered with MoEVing to provide tailored solutions for quick commerce operators. This marks a shift for myTVS, as it moves from offering personal mobility solutions to supporting the growing fleet mobility sector.
With a push for more sustainable solutions, the electrification of fleets is becoming crucial for businesses to meet their environmental goals. The MaaS platform by myTVS helps companies enhance fleet performance and achieve higher efficiency.
Comprehensive EV Fleet Services
The MaaS platform offers a wide variety of services. It brings together original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and other partners to manage EV fleets.
These services include vehicle leasing, real-time fleet management, maintenance, spare parts supported by a digital catalogue with 1.8 lakh SKUs, charging solutions, telematics, roadside assistance, insurance, and tyre management. Additionally, myTVS offers vehicle refurbishment services to extend fleet life, adding value to businesses.

With over 1 million customers in India, myTVS plans to expand its presence further. It aims to open 2,500 more outlets in the next two years and capture 10-12% of the market share.
The MaaS platform is flexible, integrating seamlessly with various partners, including OEMs, insurers, financial service providers, and leasing companies, making it highly adaptable for the EV ecosystem.
