A Grand Line-up of New Construction Machines

JCB revealed an impressive range of new equipment, including enhanced backhoe loaders, mini and mid-size excavators, loaders, telehandlers, and more.

Key highlights of the product line-up include:

  • 520X LC Excavator (52.8 tonnes) – enters the 50-tonne class with a 400 HP engine and up to a 3.4 cu.m bucket.

  • New Backhoe Loaders – JCB launched the 3DX Super and 4DX models with improved performance.

  • Mini Excavators (2–5 tonnes) – including the 30Z (zero-tail-swing) and 36R (reduced tail swing) for tight spaces.

  • 540-180 Telehandler – 18-meter reach height for high-reach tasks.

  • Agrimax Model – to support the agriculture sector.

The company also introduced new excavator options, like:

  • 81 Eco – 15% better fuel efficiency

  • NXT 150 – IntelliFlow Hydraulics with 8% higher fuel efficiency

  • 290 LR – deep-reach machine with 57 ft digging depth

The new VMT 300 compactor now meets Stage V emission norms and offers 20% better fuel efficiency with a 1200 mm drum and lifetime-lubricated joints.

Digital Solutions & Clean Energy Innovations

JCB strengthened its digital ecosystem with:

  • New Parts Online portal – a quick-access e-commerce platform for parts

  • Operator App and upgraded telematics

  • Skill development tools, including an Excavator Simulator, are launching in 2026

On the clean energy front, JCB showcased a hydrogen-powered genset, expanding its hydrogen technology that earlier powered a backhoe loader engine introduced in 2023.

The company highlighted a 45% improvement in fuel efficiency across its machines over the past 15 years.

JCB’s Strengthened Service Network

JCB India continues to grow its national network with:
