Under the agreement, Zoho will deploy its advanced Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Dealer Management System (DMS) platforms, complemented by 12 AI-powered applications. These cloud-based solutions are set to replace outdated systems currently in use across Force Motors' network, spanning more than 200 dealerships, 70 service centers, and 30 parts centers throughout India.
The primary goal of implementing these new systems is to streamline operations within Force Motors' dealer ecosystem. This initiative is expected to significantly enhance customer engagement, optimize sales and service processes, and foster data-driven decision-making capabilities.
