Both locations are equipped with advanced tools, quick-service bays, and robust infrastructure. This ensures a superior customer experience.
Ashok Leyland is leveraging the economic expansion and infrastructure development in eastern India through the Siliguri dealership. The business aims to increase its market dominance in the commercial vehicle sector by meeting the unique needs of clients and providing dependable post-purchase assistance.

Viplav Shah, Head of the LCV Business at Ashok Leyland, highlighted the importance of West Bengal and Eastern India as key markets. Ashok Leyland’s LCV lineup includes the popular DOST, BADA DOST, PARTNER, and MiTR models. The BADA DOST, available in four variants (i2, i3+, i4, and i5), features an 80 hp BS6 engine offering excellent power, mileage, and payload capacity, suitable for both urban and rural applications.

With over five lakh LCVs operating across India, Ashok Leyland has a strong foothold in the market. Its products are manufactured at the state-of-the-art Hosur plant, and the company operates over 1,700 outlets nationwide, ensuring service centres are accessible every 75 km along major highways.

Ashok Leyland’s focus on after-sales service retention has resulted in 70% of customers returning to dealer workshops even after the warranty period. This highlights the company’s dedication to building long-term customer relationships.
